Yes. Vows by PlayWithBae lets you create and share a free wedding invitation website with animated templates, optional background music, photos, event schedules, venue directions and private RSVP tracking. You can edit the invitation and export guest replies as CSV from your wedding manager.

After saving your invitation, open the sharing overview and choose Share on WhatsApp, use Share invitation or copy the guest link into a WhatsApp message, email or social post. Guests open the link in their browser and can RSVP without installing an app. Share only the guest link; keep your manager and recovery links private.

The wedding manager includes editable invitation details, venue and event timings, photo management, password access, accepted and declined RSVPs, party sizes, dietary notes, guest search, attendance filters, per-event headcounts and a CSV guest list export. It does not include wedding budgets, vendor booking or seating plans.

Yes. In the Story step, tap Add photos, drag them in or paste them — up to six — and check them in the live preview before saving. Choose any photo as your cover and reorder the rest. Large phone photos are resized automatically; JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF are supported, and animated GIFs are saved as still images.

Yes, optionally. Your invitation always has soft background music of its own, with no banners. If you also want a popular song, open “Add a popular song from Spotify” in the Details step and choose from the top 100 popular wedding songs in English, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Urdu and Arabic, plus devotional collections for Ganesha, Radha Krishna, Nikah, Christian, Sikh, Jewish and Buddhist ceremonies. Suggestions follow your theme, community and religion. You can also paste any Spotify song link. It appears as Spotify’s small player; guests press play there and your background music pauses.

Open Wedding Invitations to find invitations available in your current browser session at the top of the page. Select one to open its manager. On another device, use your saved manager URL and password or your original private recovery link.

Yes. Soft music — such as Canon in D, Clair de Lune, Ave Maria, a Carnatic veena piece or a regional instrumental — fades in as guests tap to open the invitation, and they can pause it anytime. It plays from the invitation itself, with no app or banner. Theme animation begins when the invitation opens. Guests can pause movement, and reduced-motion preferences are respected. You can choose lively, gentle or no motion in the creator.

Yes. Update your main venue and each event’s date, time and duration from the wedding manager. The full editor also lets you change event venues, names, stories, language, theme and other details. Your guest invitation URL stays the same.

Choose a manager password when creating your invitation or later in Manager access. Save the manager URL and enter that password to view replies, update details and manage photographs on another device. Keep the original private recovery link somewhere safe; it can reset a forgotten password.

Anyone with the guest invitation URL can view the invitation. Guest invitations are unlisted and marked noindex. Guest replies, notes and dietary needs are accessible through password-protected manager access or your original private recovery link. Only share the guest URL with invitees.

Your manager shows RSVP replies, accepted and declined counts, total attending guests and attendance for each celebration. Search replies by name or note, filter attendance and download a CSV. Names are self-reported, with one editable RSVP per guest browser; this is not a verified invitation register.
